In my role as Design Lead, I’m shaping the future experience of a complex B2B platform trusted by 500+ SAP teams worldwide. I define the UX vision and strategy, shape how the design team works and stay hands-on in designing and delivering product experiences.
When I joined Avantra as the sole designer on the team, I initially worked on a migration strategy, designing a more modern, consistent and usable interface for the company’s 20-year-old product.
Over time, my focus shifted towards unifying the legacy and modern interfaces into a single coherent experience, while exploring how AI can make enterprise software more adaptive and easier to use.

Nationwide Building Society
Bringing alignment to a fragmented account application experienceI was a Senior UX Designer working on savings account application and identity verification journeys for one of the UK’s largest financial institutions, serving over 16 million members.
As part of a three-person Experience Design team, I designed and improved the experience of applying for financial products across a complex digital ecosystem.
I also identified a wider consistency problem across Nationwide’s account applications and led the creation of a reusable UX pattern library, helping teams move towards more coherent, accessible and user-friendly application experiences.

Cambridge University Press and Assessments
Building a shared design system for a complex digital ecosystemWorking as a UX/UI Designer at Make it Clear agency, I created a shared design system for Cambridge University Press and Cambridge Assessment as they prepared to merge their digital experiences. Working across multiple business areas and platforms, I turned a complex existing ecosystem into a structured set of reusable components, patterns and templates.
I also worked across a range of projects for Cambridge University Press, one of the world’s oldest publishers, operating across more than 170 countries. Highlights included optimising the online reading experience for Cambridge Core and redesigning the archive of feminist literary history for The Orlando Project.
